Services For Charities
We offer individual mentoring sessions and group workshops to charities located in Canada and Australia. All sessions last for 1 hour and are available virtually.
Individual Employment Mentoring
We have individual mentoring sessions available for your clients. Our 1:1 sessions are beneficial for any of your clients that have been requesting assistance with securing employment and/or any clients you believe could benefit from employment mentoring. These tailored sessions focus on the specific challenges and anxieties your clients are facing. Multiple sessions can be booked to cover different topics.
Within each session we can cover one of the following:
1. We can build on their current CV or write a new one together.
2. We can discuss any challenges they have been facing in finding employment and brainstorm solutions together.
3. We can search for jobs together and develop new methods to find them.
4. We can complete a cover letter for a job that they want to apply for together.
5. We can prepare for an upcoming interview together.
Please Note:
When booking this service please be detailed when referring to your client's needs. Please inform us of what your clients has been struggling with, and if any adjustments need to be made to make the session more accessible for your client. If they already have a resume, please have it ready to email to us prior to the session.
Employment Access Workshops
We have Employment Access workshops available for when you have multiple clients who have either requested employment assistance and/or who could benefit from employment assistance. These sessions can be tailored to focus on the specific challenges and anxieties of your charities' client demographic. Each session varies based on the identified needs of the clients, and multiple sessions can be booked to cover different target groups.
We can tailor the sessions to the following target groups:

Youth - This target group can include recent graduates, and those who have limited experience.

Migrants - This target group can include those with international degrees and/or experience.

Career Gaps - This target group can include return to work parents, and clients who have experienced a career break due to personal circumstances.

Please include details like group size, what method of facilitation has been the most engaging for the group previously, and if any adjustments need to be made to make the workshop more accessible. For your clients to get the most out of the session, it is best to put together groups that have been experiencing the same or similar challenges.
